Client Relations Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Lincoln National is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.2. Manage client accounts, including resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.5. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing.6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and confident personality traits.2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.3. Proven experience in client relations or a related field.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
