### Job Description

Ryder System is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a part-time entry-level representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients while ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and increasing overall client satisfaction.

### Responsibilities

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and chat. Actively listen to client needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify client issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve them promptly and efficiently. Follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate loyalty and retention. Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system, ensuring all communication and transaction details are documented and updated.
- **Research and Innovation:** Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends. Propose innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather, analyze, and report client feedback to help identify areas for improvement in products and services. Collaborate with the management team to implement changes based on client insights.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of Ryder's products and services as well as develop personal skills. Foster a culture of learning and personal growth within the team.
- **Performance Metrics:** Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Aim to meet or exceed set targets.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of one year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software. Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
- **Personality Traits:** Independent and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong innovation and research skills to develop creative solutions and gain insights into client needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- **Availability:** Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and meeting schedules, clearly demonstrating a commitment to client service.
