**Job Description:**

General Mills is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this part-time role, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relations and ensuring that we exceed customer expectations. Our focus is to deliver delightful and exceptional service, transforming our customers into avid brand advocates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively assess client needs and work collaboratively to implement tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with urgency, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

2. **Strategic Planning and Execution:**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor the effectiveness of service delivery through key performance indicators (KPIs) and client feedback, adapting strategies as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.

3. **Leadership and Team Development:**
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and resources to enhance their professional growth and service capabilities.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to help define the vision and goals for the client service team, contributing to a culture of exceeding customer expectations.

4. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Collect, analyze, and report on client feedback, service metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding client satisfaction levels, issues encountered, and overall performance metrics.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify areas for service improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends, applying innovative solutions to enhance client service operations.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 7 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
