Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a confident and driven Client Service Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a remote work position with part-time hours and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience- Provide weekly reports on client interactions and outcomes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a related field- Confident and driven personality traits- Strong cooperation and persuasion skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work part-time hours remotely
