Client Service Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative at News Corp., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from your home in New York City, New York. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of passion for customer service and the ability to be resilient in handling challenging situations.

Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and provide assistance.2. Manage client accounts, including updating information, tracking orders, and resolving billing issues.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients.6. Monitor client feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management for resolution.7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.2. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Critical thinking abilities and strong project management skills.5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a resilience in handling challenging situations.
