Job Description:

Dean Foods is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in New York City, New York, US. As an Associate Level Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients using our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and overall experience- Generate reports and analyze data related to client interactions to make informed business decisions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
