Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Association Manager at Exclusive Association Management in Atlanta, GA. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing community relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with association policies and regulations. Qualifications Community Association Management experience Working as a team with the Board of Directors Experience in managing community relationships and coordinating maintenance, repairs and capital improvements Knowledge of association policies and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with budget management and financial reporting A Georgia license as a Community Association Manager or Real Estate Salesperson is mandatory to fulfill this role.
