What we're looking for: First and foremost: Writing and/or Editing experience Work experience in or knowledge of SEO is helpful Prompt engineering fluency (ChatGPT is used to assist in the writing process, but the final product is heavily human-edited) Experience in an agency environment, driving traffic and leads for clients Experience in or knowledge of the trades (in addition to the required writing skills) is a huge bonus! What you'll be doing: Wield your AI and prompt engineering skills to create unique content, primarily for Roofing and HVAC clients (10 - 20 blog posts per day, written and entered into the backend of the client's site) Work with the Content team to maintain content quality standards Perform blog editing and content entry onto client sites After 1 year: Assist with creating website and PPC landing page copy, as needed and as capacity allows Stay on the forefront of AI and continually level up your AI knowledge The start date for this position is after Jan 1, 2025. The salary range is $50,000 - $55,000 annually and will depend on experience. This role will be eligible for up to $15,000 annually in performance-based pay after the initial 6-month onboarding period. We are in the office 3 days a week and work from home, which is optional, on Wednesdays + Fridays. New hires are required to work in-office 5 days a week for their first month while they integrate into the team. We have a 30-day probationary period in place for all roles. *This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days in the office after the initial probationary period.
