Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchasing decisions- Process transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized workspace- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service preferred- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills- High school diploma or equivalent
