Customer Service Representative

What you will do?
Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Chat with customers via phone and email, addressing their questions and concerns.
Help customers with placing orders, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Share product details, pricing, and availability.
Solve issues related to products, shipping, and payments.
Work with our team to quickly resolve any customer problems.
Keep accurate customer records in our database.
Process orders and refunds when needed.
Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers.
Suggest improvements and share feedback with management.
Strive to meet or exceed our customer service goals.
What you bring to the table!
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well.
Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is a bonus.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
