Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Customer Support Associate to join our team at Altria Group. This is a remote work position based in Denver, Colorado, US. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat- Help customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner- Utilize innovative and strategic planning skills to solve customer problems effectively- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay updated on company products and services to better assist customers- Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company- Handle escalated customer complaints with diplomacy and tact

Requirements:- Must have 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Reliable and independent worker who can thrive in a remote work environment- Strong innovation and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
