Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Customer Service / Sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage both affiliate and customer prospects to join R-Options.
The position will require an organized, patience and persistence creative lead generation strategy along with the responsibility to develop and engage new customers both in Western NY and Nationally.
You will be required to utilize database tools to identify potential customers that fit our ideal customer profile, get them inputted into Salesforce, setting up and following an outreach campaign that is focused our services for supporting their locations both locally and nationally as it relates to Structured Cabling, Access Control, Video Surveillance and Audio Visual Systems.
Major Responsibilities Research accounts in databases and CRM to identify key players to generate interest in R-Options service offerings Creation of a centralized prospecting database with the goal of setting appointments for the R-Options Account Executives Tools to be used include but not limited to Quickbooks, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, SharePoint, etc.
Utilizing Zoominfo to create a mature database based on specific paranneters for potential Customers both located in Western NY and those that have multiple locations throughout the United States and Canada Daily requirements/expectations are as follows: o 100 Closed prospecting tasks daily - utilizing phone, email, Outreach, Linkedln and other tools o Documentation of all tasks within Salesforce and creation of new tasks to follow o Follow process of initial touchpoint (Call/Email/Linkedln), Follow up within 2-weeks, follow up within month and ultimately outreach ever 3-months to each active prospect - Patience, Process and Persistence Marketing will provide access to PDFs, landing pages as needed for initial outreach, ongoing campaigns and social media Secure Appointments Securing appointments with prospects through lead generating activities Confirming set appointments Direct pre-qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further communication Follow-up on appointments as requested by the Account Executives Expectations after 90 days is (I) appt.
