Care Director, you are responsible for the oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the Residential Care department to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with their comprehensive plan of care and State regulations.  Sign-On Bonus - $5,000.00* Must hold a valid state nursing license.** LPN rates - $30-$38 DOE** RN rates - up to $41.50 DOE  Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unitDevelop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident careSupervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocationConduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and complianceProvide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staffCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-beingIf you are an experienced nursing professional with a passion for leading others in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a Res.
