Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive business management experience.
Experience in a fiscal and operating leadership role.
Ability to lead through influence and be a proactive partner with a strong customer-service orientation.
Approximately 50% travel may be required.
Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning**:
Managing requirements for strategic market & platform products and services.
Conducting sales & revenue forecasting.
Developing plans to meet customer needs, engage employees, and achieve financial objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration**:
Identifying and supporting strategic platform growth opportunities.
Working closely with stakeholders to develop product plans aligning with data center strategy.
Integrating new data center assets into product plans.
Financial Management**:
Supporting revenue and sales forecast, customer pipeline, and go-to-market strategies.
Creating capital allocation strategies for data center assets.
Collaborating with strategic financing to model investments and returns.
Execution**:
Developing and executing strategic platform product plans.
Ensuring investment performance metrics are met or exceeded.
Analysis and Integration**:
Supporting strategic analysis and integration assessment of new data center developments and acquisitions.
