Discovery Planning: Proven experience in collaborating with attorneys to develop effective discovery plans and document review protocols. Subpoena Preparation: Extensive experience in preparing and serving subpoenas in both State and Federal courts. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, and Westlaw/Lexis. Interpersonal Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with a talent for strategizing, developing, initiating, and executing case management strategies.
