Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director, providing leadership and supervision to all aspects of primary care clinic southwest of Boston, MA.
Medical Director Responsibilities: Provide clinical and administrative oversight including productivity, scheduling, clinical protocol development and implementation.Provide clinical supervision to all medical staff (APP's and MDs/DOs).Participate in Medical Leadership Team to make recommendations and promote consistency.Provide clinical oversight for the development and implementation of health center programs.3-6 years of supervisory experience preferred.Board Certified in Family Medicine preferred.
Internal Medicine or Pediatrics will be considered.Clinical Responsibilities: Examine patients, formulate diagnostic plans, define and order required diagnostic testing.
Interpret examination findings and test results and implement treatment plans.Determine need for consultation and assist in medical care and treatment provided at the direction of other specialists.
