As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the North American marketing team, helping to create demand and accelerate deals across Canada and the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and execution of the field marketing plan.
This position will drive programs with the goal of generating quality leads and pipeline, accelerating the sales cycle, and building customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES Own the field marketing calendar with a focus on industry conferences, tradeshows, proprietary regional events, and customer events
Identify and evaluate third-party events that match target accounts, verticals and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
Form strong relationships with top industry shows/organizers, associations, groups, vendors, and thought leaders
Manage the on-site execution and operations of our conference presence and booth builds, speaking engagements, and proprietary events
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for regional success
Manage virtual webinar-based programs from inception and promotion to execution and follow up
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate ideas to drive webinar registration and audience engagement
Craft email marketing campaigns and nurtures with a strong focus on live and virtual-based events
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs
Monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, on the impact of field marketing efforts
QUALIFICATIONS An understanding of demand generation best practices, principles and tactics
Experience managing events and conferences of all levels, as well as speaking engagements
Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs with self-sufficiency and agility
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence
Experience working with channel/alliance partners a plus
Travel as required, up to 20% of the time
5+ years of proven marketing experience in field marketing, event marketing and/or demand generation; B2B SaaS experience a plus
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot)
Ability to work with marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data and generate insights
Ability to analyze and action provided in data visualization tools
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline
