Field Technician-Level 2- Desktop Support

Pomeroy is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to work in the Piney Flats, TN area for a 1 year contract role. Essential Job Functions: • Offer foundational technical support in infrastructure services, providing assistance in routine tasks. • Assist with infrastructure projects and assignments. • Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems. • Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks. • Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation. • Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience. • Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services. • Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery. Required Skills: 3+ years of Deskside support experience in a Windows 10 environment Hardware, software installation, troubleshooting experience Win 10 and MS Office Suite support experience Interpersonal skills to work with customers and other unit personnel Communication skills Time management and organizational skills Able to life 50 lbs
