Fraud Specialist Location Hybrid remote in Overland Park, KS : Title: Fraud Specialist/Fraud Operations Specialist I Location: Overland, Park, KS (Onsite Role) Job Type: 06 months (Contract with possibility of extension) Visa Type: USC Only ( W2 Only ) :
· Conduct in depth analysis and/or investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities.
· This includes customer authentication, fraud investigations and/or compliance with fraud policies in all business channels.
· Analyze relevant data to confirm or clear fraud, validate customer ID authentication and violations of fraud polices that could adversely impact Client.
· Identifies issues and recommends solutions on team projects.
· Must have excellent conversational skills in English.
· Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers on the phone.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment.
· One year experience in fraud, customer service or a call center environment.
Required :
· At least 1-year relevant experience required.
· US Citizenship required.

At least 1-year relevant experience required as a Fraud Specialist. Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers on the phone. One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment, Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Candidate must be able to work on W2 only. C2C or 1099 candidates will not be considered for this role. Candidate must be available to work within a pay rate of $15 to $20 per hour on W2. Candidate must be available to work on this 6 months contract with possible extension. Candidate must be able to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri 8:00AM CST to 4:00PM CST) Candidate must be able to work on a hybrid mode in Overland Park, KS. Ability to Relocate:
