DescriptionPurchase requisitions and track them to completion.purchasing and Retail Development team with PO changes and updates. Ensure teams are properly submitting purchase requests in Jira and process accordingly.reconciliation. Work with Vendors and AP for outstanding invoices. Improve processes. • Complete NDAs and conduct RFIsRFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from vendors and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical considerations.pricing, contract terms, and manage cost changes throughout the lifecycle of the product. Maintain overall contractor relationships and act as single point of contact for all issues.for the selection of vendors and onboarding.with internal business partners; Finance, Legal, Accounts Payables, Warehouse managers and other cross functional teams on projects.key supplier relationships and performance, both strategic and tactical, through the entire life cycle of company projects.Requirementsdegree Supply Chain, Finance or related technical field, Relevant work experience in procurement, or supply chain discipline may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.have Indirect Procurement experience, Retail Procurement experience is preferred.negotiation skills and strategic business experience.critical thinking, combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.conducting bid processes (RFI, RFP, and informal bids), negotiating with vendors, writing contracts, and implementing contracts/ agreements.be able to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and keep a high level of focus.to adapt to constantly evolving circumstances and changing organizational requirements.interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.in Excel, Smartsheets, ERP Systems (SAP), Coupa, and Jira.with a high level of initiative and follow-throughcommitment to learning and development that encourages personal and professional growth.
