Who we are At Thrive Natick, you'll feel the warmth and openness of a small clinic, while having the opportunity and support of a united network. Our ideal candidate is passionate about animal care, highly motivated, and pays attention to detail. A full-time position would require working between 30-40 hours a week, which include a combination of day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Position Overview:  Our Groomers are here to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience during each pet's grooming appointment. Our pet stylists do their absolute best to send each pet home with the desired haircut making sure the client is comfortable and pleased with the outcome of each groom. Cultivating relationships with each grooming client is essential in being able to communicate effectively and provide the best client/patient care possible! 
Our ideal candidate: Prior experience as a professional GroomerExperience working with dogs and catsPossesses excellent customer service skillsStrong communication skillsHas a positive attitudeJob requirements: Bathing, brushing, clipping, and inspection of cats and dogs.Gland expression and nail trimsSupport kennel needs Ability to be an active team player who will work closely with veterinary technicians, receptionists, and veterinariansCompensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a rate ranging from $18-20/hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
