Groundskeeper

PAY: $18/hour plus quarterly bonuses! Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Birthday is a paid day off! 
We currently have the following groundskeeper position available:
Bexley 3Five

Job duties include: grounds pick up, cleaning common areas and amenities, some landscaping, power washing, exterior painting, and some minor maintenance repairs.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:

Has a helpful attitude, is friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service

Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
