AboutWe're buildingOmni: a platform allowing developers to deploy applications across all rollups without fragmenting liquidity. We're looking for early team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life.
We're a team who already built a platform that processed over $70M leading to our $18M fundraise from top investors including Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, Coinbase Ventures alongside angel investors including Stani Kulechov (founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (cofounder of Polygon) and more. In addition to this we have over $4B deposited to secure Omni on mainnet.

We are growing rapidly and we need ambitious and experienced team members to join us to help scale Ethereum's future.
About the roleThis is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a marketing organization with an established audience of over 500,000 and elevate it to a world-class operation. As Head of Marketing, you'll work directly with the cofounders to shape the future of the brand, scale the team, and pioneer strategies that expand Omni's reach beyond the crypto world to mainstream audiences.

ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the organization's brand and marketing strategy.Mentor and develop the current marketing team to maximize their potential.Scope and recruit for new roles to build a scalable, high-performing marketing team.Design and oversee content-driven campaigns that deepen awareness within crypto audiences and expand Omni's reach to mainstream audiences.Foster a data-driven culture where every team member analyzes and optimizes campaign performance by default.Build a high-performance marketing organization that uses the best tools and practices, operating with precision, scalability, and methodical execution.Innovate beyond standard crypto marketing to acquire new mindshare. Requirements8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Proven success leading and scaling content-driven marketing teams in high-growth environments.Experience scoping an organization, hiring key members, and managing high-performing teams.Deep understanding of crypto or the ability to quickly adapt to the industry.Visionary approach to marketing, thinking beyond traditional crypto audiences.Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.CompetenciesData driven — a history of consistently leveraging data to achieve outlier growth.Action oriented — consistent execution and a bias for action is essential.Long term oriented — all decisions should stay rooted in line with our multi-year goals.Extremely ambitious — looking to take high leverage in their career.Resourceful — consistently manifests outsized returns for the resources available.
