Hotel Breakfast Attendant - Part-Time

JOB OVERVIEW: To prepare and serve quality food to guests and exceed their expectationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains a well-stocked, breakfast/reception room for hotel guestsPrepares and serves all food products as needed, ensuring proper presentationTransports food from the preparation area to the breakfast/reception room for timely set-upMaintains coolers, machines, coffee machine,s and tables at acceptable levels of sanitation and organization at all timesStocks dishware, silverware, styrofoam cups, condiments, and other items as neededChecks and maintains coolers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food productsRequisitions food with necessary approvals according to policyTakes proper care of all equipmentReport to the supervisor for needed repairs or unsafe conditions.Respond to guest complaints, and special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.Monitor and control supplies and food, and minimize waste within all areas of comp services.Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects.May assist with other duties as assigned.
