JOB TITLE

IS: HR Specialist (Labor Relations)
**Looking for someone at the professional level to support higher level labor relations functions. Labor contract interpretation, grievance process administration, investigations,
Knowledgeable and capable in a specific sub-discipline of HR that could include the following:

Employee Relations, Recruitment
Labor Relations
EEO, Executive Programs, Management Development, or Special Programs.
Liaison between all Human Resources functions and line management.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: At least 4-9 years of relevant experience
Schedule: M-F CORE HOURS 8AM-5PM
