We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts and support our growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Marketing (primarily) and cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, scale, and align strategies with business objectives.
Own the relationship with marketing managers, working on measurement, goals, and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies and initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and present marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on marketing performance, customer behavior, market trends, and cross-channel spend optimization.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for new marketing campaigns, tests, channel launches, and customer acquisition and lifecycle analyses.
Explain complex analyses simply and intuitively, challenging assumptions when necessary.
Regularly communicate marketing analytics and findings to CMO and other Executives, providing clear and concise insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to segment audiences, forecast trends, and optimize marketing spend.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and B2B SaaS.
Manage a team of Marketing Analysts.
Qualifications:
This role requires you to be based in New York City or Columbus, OH
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related; Master's degree preferred, or relative real world experience.
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a global B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
Strong understanding of B2B and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Deep knowledge of measurement methodologies for online and offline marketing channels.
Proven track record in using quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques to drive marketing decisions.
High technical aptitude and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with experience in gathering, structuring, monitoring, and validating data to ensure integrity and hygiene.
Excellent multi-tasking, time, and project management skills, with the ability to plan in advance and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Independent, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range:$110,000 - $130,000 per year plus additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
