Job Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director, Marketing & Creative Services, the incumbent will support the day-to-day activities of the Athletics Marketing Department and assist with coordinating and implementing game-day logistics by performing a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with game-day operations, including setup, promotions, and coordination with event staff.
Assist in coordinating social media schedules and updates, ensuring consistent content aligned with the marketing strategy.
Contribute to sport-specific marketing plans and game-day promotions.
Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and inventory management.

Education and Experience
Equivalent to one year of administrative support experience required.
Prior NCAA Division I marketing and promotion experience in collegiate or professional athletics preferred.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Summary
Light work - Job involves some lifting of medium weight objects (10-20 pounds) and/or 10% - 20% of the job involves standing or walking.
Licenses / Certificates
Valid CA Driver's License required. Employees who are required to operate motorized vehicles and/or use their personal vehicle more than once a month on University business are required to take a mandatory Defensive Driving course and enroll in the DMV Employee Pull Notice (EPN) Program.

Compensation
CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $3,680 - $4,517 per month.
Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.

Time Base
Full-time temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
