NY Wills & Estates is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a reputable law firm specializing in wills, trusts, and estate planning.

Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Google LSA and PPC campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote the firm's services.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
and engage with our audience.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors in creating blog posts, email newsletters, and website content to educate potential clients.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Continuously conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in estate planning.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure marketing materials are legally accurate and aligned with brand messaging.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing Google LSA and PPC campaigns.
• Fluent in English with a C1/C2 level proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Proven track record of creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: $6 - $10 hourly
