We are looking for a Marketing Manager to add value to our team by driving Twin Group's marketing activities and developing the marketing team. In the immediate term, the focus will be on marketing communications across a range of media, supporting the sales and business development of both international and UK government-funded skills and employability revenue streams, B2B and B2C, by aligning with defined business objectives and actively driving both quality and quantity of marcoms. Critically, this demands a deep understanding of all core online communications disciplines and media, from website development and performance improvement to the full range of social media channels. This in turn demands strong insight into the varying content needs of the different media. In the medium term, the opportunity exists to move beyond a supporting role to a driving one, harnessing analysis, customer insight and group capacity/capability to propose and help drive new or extended customer propositions to market. Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop Twin Group's Marketing teamWorking with key managers, identify and agree on key business priorities and timings to generate agreed forward plans Establish a strong relationship with Twin IT, including Digital Transformation, to create/agree/contribute to key business improvement projects and maintain active awareness of relevant technologies and data sources for business improvementSupport International Sales and UK Sales/Business Development in creating and executing requested campaigns across all mediaEstablish an agreed forward calendar for Marketing programmesActively improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Twin's online presences, particularly its websites, using analytical tools in concert with ongoing, evidence-based content enhancement and external expertise (e.g. paid social media, SEO) as appropriateEnsure high levels of activity and quality in all relevant social media, establishing strong links with market-facing managers to secure active, ongoing inputs on Twin activities, events and achievements and using statistical evidence to progressively develop followership and active audience interaction with Twin contentGenerate PR for all parts of the Group Undertake agreed marketing research activities and liaise with senior managers and field-facing staff to actively develop and evolve Marketing understanding of key markets and winning propositionsIdentify/agree on key projects, distinct from day-to-day campaigning activities, and ensure marketing leadership/participation as needed.Agree and implement Marketing reports with key stakeholders, ELT and the Board.Key Requirements:Bachelor or equivalent qualification.Ability to manage projects to time and budget.Evidence of working with newer technologiesStrong awareness of Marketing and Sales supportProven track record in B2B and B2CWorking knowledge of the International Student Travel Market (desirable) Working knowledge of government-funded skills and employability programmes (desirable)Ready to make an impact?
