As the Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you'll drive growth across both digital and non-digital avenues. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll launch and optimize multiple non-SEM channels, refine paid social and emerging platforms, and identify offline opportunities, from strategic alliances and referral networks to community-based outreach. This role calls for a versatile marketer who can interpret complex data, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build robust relationships that extend our reach beyond the screen.
Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience, including hands-on work with non-SEM paid channels and proven success in launching new channels (0?1).
Demonstrated expertise managing digital campaigns (paid social, display, etc.) and readiness to apply a performance mindset to offline initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple platforms and translate insights into action.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies, along with building business relationships or partnerships.
Background in healthcare, mental health, or a similarly regulated industry is highly preferred.
