We are partnered with a top construction firm specializing in multifamily and commercial projects. They deliver high-quality projects that meet client needs and are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily and commercial projects.
* Analyze project plans and collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
* Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids.
* Present project budgets and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct site visits and identify cost factors.
* Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
* Provide value engineering options to clients.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
* 5+ years of estimating experience in multifamily and commercial construction.
* Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst) and Microsoft Office.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and costs.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
