Job Description:ConocoPhillips is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this part-time Associate-level position, the Online Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients through online platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate client communication and support efforts- Maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information- Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve online client experiences and processes- Assist with the development and implementation of online client engagement strategies- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to online client relations

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and proactively manage client relationships- Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms- Strong project management skills and ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
