### **Job Description:**

AECOM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This entry-level position is focused on enhancing our client engagement efforts via online communication processes. As a part-time member of our Client Relations team, you will be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with our clients.

### **Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various online channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all communications are clear, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Address client concerns by conducting thorough research and delivering accurate information.

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in the identification of client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience with AECOM.

- **Feedback and Reporting:**
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends and inform improvements to service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, challenges, and resolutions for management review.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless service delivery experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Actively participate in training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing job-related skills and knowledge.

### **Requirements:**

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, customer relations, or an equivalent role in an online environment.
