Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team at Macy's in Phoenix, Arizona. As a mid-to-senior level professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online client service experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of online client service operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.- Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty through online channels.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to our online client service platform.- Monitor online client service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.- Train and mentor junior online client service representatives to ensure high performance and efficiency.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service management.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in online client service management.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Resilient and energetic personality traits.- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills.- Experience with CRM software and online client service platforms.
