Job Description:

SanDisk, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of online customer care, including managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various communication channels.- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.- Train and mentor customer care representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer care, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
