Overnight Shift Leader

Job Summary As an Overnight Shift Leader at GetGo, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and satisfaction of customers and team members during the night shift.

Job Description Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Experience Desired: Supervisory Experience, Customer Service/Retail Experience Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent Certification or Licensing Preferred: Food Safety Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age Job Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of team members, customers, and products as a top priority.
Provide efficient and pleasant food services, as well as guidance and coaching to team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
Share warmth and passion for service to create a fast, friendly culture.
Oversee new team member training and ensure efficient operations.
Provide training and leadership to hourly team members.
Monitor competitor pricing and address equipment issues.
Assist with scheduling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Be the face of the store at the registers, providing exemplary service.
Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity.
Starting Rate of Pay $17.50
