Job Description:
Pay Range: $30hr - $35hr Client is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented marketer with a passion for driving growth through partnership.
s a Partner Marketing Operations Specialist at Client - Candidate will work closely with Client and client to help us build success for the company through a key alliance.
Candidate will own the management of MDF operations that deliver pipeline and revenue growth with client.
Candidate will work closely with interna finance, Client and partner sales, regional marketing and other stakeholders and will own the monthly/quarterly budget planning, forecasting and tracking MDF activities with client.
Manage MDF budget operations for strategic partner.
Closely manage project deadlines, budget, and results.
Maintain team budgets, payment reconciliations.
Manage project deadlines and results for joining GTM activities.
Review and approve month and quarter closing procedures.
Continually identify new opportunities to improve scale, impact, and efficiency through process improvements methodologies.
Create/submit purchase order requests, set up new vendors in the payment system.

3-5 yrs of Marketing Ops and or Finance Ops experience in a fast-growing B2B Technology Company with a focus on partners.
Proven ability to manage programs successfully to meet deadlines, goals, and budget.

Strong problem-solving skills.
Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel power user.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce.com.
Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, business, marketing disciplines or relevant work experience.
