Patent Associate/Patent Agent

Job Opportunity: Mid-level or Senior Patent Agent / Mid-level Patent Associate Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is seeking a Mid-level or Senior Patent Agent or a Mid-level Patent Associate to be resident in the Boston office or work remotely supporting our Boston office. The candidate will provide patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP across an array of industries.

Qualifications: Familiarity with software and electronics is required. Experience with health and medicine is a plus. At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Familiarity with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Prior firm experience and registration with the USPTO is required. Industry work experience is a plus; experience with patent litigation is also a plus. Patent agents with at least 2 years of experience will be considered. Ideal associate candidates will have 2 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have:
