Birdon America Inc. is looking for a dynamic Payroll Manager to provide their expertise and guidance in the bi-weekly payroll processing for our multi-state organization. We have 300+ employees and are growing! Are you a payroll professional with management experience, multi-jurisdictional and job-costing experience along with knowledge of tax and wage laws? This position will assist and manage both the bi-weekly payroll process in ADP / Business Central and 1 Payroll Specialist.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can troubleshoot issues, confidently address questions and identify deficiencies. This role will be responsible for the implementation of changes and appropriate communication to the organization as well as our 3rd party vendors. We will expect this role to lead our Worker's Compensation and 401(k) audits as well.
If you have at least 5 years' experience in Payroll management, a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll practices as well as intermediate Excel skills, we would love the opportunity to speak with you!
