Job Description:
TJX is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Associate to join our growing team. This is a remote work opportunity based in Phoenix, Arizona, US. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, passionate, and possess excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote TJX products and services- Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage- Write press releases, pitches, and other media materials- Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide feedback to internal teams- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers- Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and other public relations activities- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in public relations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in public relations or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent presentation skills- Emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different situations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to travel as needed
