To provide engineering and leadership to support processes and business. Position is at our Cleveland Manufacturing Facility. Lead new product scale-up activities, including: coordination of lab scale testing, procedure/recipe development, monitoring plant trials and implementing process improvements. Lead and/or support process safety hazard reviews for new and existing products. Work with operations and laboratory resources to identify and resolve product quality issues. Lead process optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical support efforts for the operations team. Engineering support for plant DCS control systems. Engineering evaluation and implementation support of capital projects. Work closely with EHS&S team to ensure new and existing products meet regulatory requirements.
Experience Level: 5+ years
B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering, or another Engineering or Scientific field combined with process plant experience.
