Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, leading and completing all aspects of a Provation implementation project, following the standard methodology and processes they have been trained on.  Project coordination work will be completed via phone, email and web conferencing with potential for some onsite visits.  This person is responsible for organizing and completing project communication and documentation for multiple projects in various phases of completion and aligning customer, other vendor and Provation resources to complete the tasks defined per project.  They will manage and ensure the project scope aligns with the products and services purchased.  They will complete the project's fiscal requirements, monitor progress and anticipate and mitigate project risks to deliver company results and high customer satisfaction.  The Project Manager will share ideas for ongoing process improvement and will participate in cross company initiatives to ensure product and service offerings meet and exceed customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Proven problem solver/critical thinker who can solve problems and address concerns of customers during the implementation process
Highly organized to be able to manage high volume and complex implementation projects
Outstanding communication skills to manage customer expectations, internal project resource coordination, project risks, project governance and change management processes
Continuous learner which allows you to keep current on application changes and their impact on the implementation processes
Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills to ensure efficiencies, business results, customer engagement and satisfaction
Build a track record for completing projects and ensuring project timelines are met
Ensures products and services are delivered within project scope
Possible travel on occasion to provide project management services
Complete all internal system updates, customer facing and internal documentation and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner
Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience
Project Management experience in a healthcare related field 

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Must be able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
Must be able to develop presentations, write reports and correspondence
Analysis and documentation of current and future state clinical workflows, relevant departments, and IT systems (EMR, OR Scheduling, AIMS, Documentation Mgmt) preferred
Previous clinical Preoperative/Hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience strongly desired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both medical and technical topics/resources
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Leadership and presentation skills
Ability and desire to learn and teach others
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to travel between 25% nationally and internationally as needed
