Job description:

Lansing Trade Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers with inquiries through phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and support to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
