As the Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the room service operations within our hotel, ensuring that guests receive prompt, accurate, and high-quality service. You will oversee the room service team, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the room service department, including staffing, scheduling, and daily operations. Recruit, train, and develop room service staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, with an emphasis on presentation and service quality. Develop and enforce room service policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels for room service supplies, including food, beverages, and equipment, and coordinate with the purchasing department for timely replenishment. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that menu items meet guest expectations and are delivered promptly. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of room service areas, including carts, trays, and storage spaces. Analyze room service operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and guest experience. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in room service or food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in room service management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
