Role Overview Nestig seeks a dynamic Senior Brand Marketing Associate to drive brand growth through influencer marketing, PR, editorial content, and trade partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping Nestig's presence across channels to reach interior designers and design-minded parents. This full-time position will be based out of our New York office in Flatiron. This full-time position will be based out of our NYC office, with no flexibility for remote full-time.

\n Key Responsibilities Brand Creative As a key member of the Brand Team, you'll partner with the marketing team colleagues to brainstorm cross-channel creative strategies and tactics for product launches and evergreen marketing moments––and work together to bring them to life. 
Influencer Marketing & PR Manage Nestig's influencer program, including selecting and building relationships with key partners–– from one-off posts to influencer-led collaborations. Oversee outreach, product fulfillment, and content creation.Track performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.Manage PR agency relationships to ensure strategic brand coverage. Editorial & Content Strategy Collaborate with the Head of Brand to set editorial strategy and manage the content calendar. Write or edit  SEO-optimized articles that resonate with our target audience. Coordinate with freelance writers and photographers for high-quality content production.Monitor content performance and adjust strategy as needed to grow brand awareness. Trade Partnerships Develop and nurture relationships with interior designers to position Nestig as a trusted resource. Create marketing materials and initiatives to support designers in specifying our products.Explore opportunities for collaboration on campaigns, events, or UGC projects. Activations & Events Maximize brand visibility through experiential events and collaborations. Lead planning and execution of consumer and trade activations, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives on an as-needed basis. What You'll NeedExperience: 3-5 years in brand marketing or communications, preferably for a brand in the interiors or kids space.Hybrid: Must be able to work onsite in our New York office in Flatiron three (3) days a week [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday]Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building abilities.Flexibility: Comfortable navigating an evolving environment and the flexibility to embrace new ideas Team Player: Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
