We're seeking a Senior Content & Email Marketing Specialist who combines the art of storytelling with the precision of marketing operations. This role requires both creative and analytical expertise to craft compelling narratives, execute data-driven email campaigns, and enhance our content strategy in the fast-evolving ad tech space. This position will be located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote optional (Thursday/Friday). Responsibilities Content Creation: ? Write in-depth, high-quality long-form content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks, and research reports ? Create thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry expert, highlighting innovations, best practices, and trends in adtech ? Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) internally to translate technical concepts into accessible, engaging narratives for a broader audience ? Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging with business goals and customer pain points ? Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone and voice aligned with the company's brand guidelines. Email Marketing: ? Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and nurturing sequences. ? Use Salesforce and Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) to design, test, and send email campaigns. ? Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. ? Own and manage all contact lists, refining segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization. SEO & Analytics: ? Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines ? Analyze the performance of long-form content to identify trends and inform future strategies Campaign Management and Strategic Planning: ? Lead and execute digital campaigns from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery of all assets. ? Support award submissions by crafting persuasive narratives that showcase the company's accomplishments. ? Stay informed about adtech trends and developments to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content. ? Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for long-form content, aligning it with marketing objectives. ? Support the overall content strategy by identifying gaps and proposing new content opportunities. Requirements ? At least 5 years of experience in adtech or programmatic advertising (ability to showcase familiarity with the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and AI-driven advertising technologies). ? Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of long-form content and email campaigns. ? Experience creating and managing email campaigns in Salesforce and Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). ? Strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation, personalization, ? Strong understanding of Google Analytics or similar platforms for tracking content performance. ? Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization. ? Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Salary: $125,000-$140,000 Base Salary + Equity
