Flex is building a finance super app for business owners — reimagining every single aspect of the financial workflow and financial services for any entrepreneur. The company has grown revenue 25x+ since publicly launching in September 2023 and is on track to achieve profitability by early 2025. Flex is focused on mid-market businesses ($3 - $100M revenue) that are largely overlooked by existing fintech solutions and reliant on slow and outdated regional banks. We are targeting a ~$1T revenue opportunity that is largely up for grabs. Flex is a fully remote company and this role can be performed from anywhere. ?? About the Role As our Founding Performance Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in Flex's customer acquisition through ownership of performance channels. This role will focus on scaling our customer base primarily through paid social channels (Meta, Linkedin) while laying early foundations for paid search and other networks you are excited to tap into. You will be responsible for driving growth through a customer-centric lens, while measuring how your work translates into business metrics. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of leading our performance function and reporting directly to company execs.

What You'll DoMeta Campaign Management: 1) Set up and manage tracking and attribution tools to ensure accurate performance measurement. 2) Set and manage budgets and media buying, ensuring spend aligns with growth goals while maintaining efficiency.Foundational Creative Strategy: At scale, you may opt to have a dedicated creative strategist/copywriter to generate new ad ideas and scripts. In the interim, however, we will lean on your product understanding, with the support of the Product and Sales team, to collectively devise new hooks and structures to test.Linkedin Campaign Management:Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn to engage small business owners and other relevant audiences.Google Ad Campaign Management:Partner with the in-house SEO team to integrate keyword strategies into high-performing paid search campaigns.Campaign Analytics and Reporting: 1) Recommend which campaign analytics tool (eg Triplewhale, Cometly) you'd like to leverage for daily optimization and reporting. 2) Monitor key performance KPIs and report findings and recommendations to exec team, while actioning them yourself with minimal oversight. ?? What You Bring5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of budget ownership. Domain knowledge of how Meta Ads function, either on the campaign management or performance creative side, or both. Domain understanding of marketing funnels, channels, and KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CVR, CAC and LTV. Experience with data-driven decision making and the ability to refine hypotheses & iterate intra-project.Self-sufficient project management, with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams with minimal oversight.
