Senior Product Manager-Banking Software

Job Summary  The senior product manager to lead the product management of innovative banking and cash management solutions on a global scale. This role will be responsible for defining and driving a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. They would be responsible for maximizing the product ROI by ensuring efficient resource allocation and successful product adoption. With their expertise in banking and cash management operations, they will collaborate with customers, be an influencer in the domain, and support our global sales and services teams. USA candidates: remote in the following states CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT 
Global candidates: Europe or USA Eastern or Central time zones preferred due to working with an internationally dispersed team. Salary Range (USA only):  $120,000 to $150,000/year depending on location and experience Responsibilities  Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs and market opportunities, in co-operation with head of ProductAct as "CEO of product", maximize return on investment by ensuring efficient allocation on resources to growth opportunitiesDefine and monitor KPIs to assess success in product in terms of market adoption, customer satisfaction and financial returnsWork closely with customers to collect their requirements on new development initiatives and communicate them to Product Analyst that converts requirements to solution designBe a recognized expert and influencer in Banking and Cash Management domainFollow and influence developments of global standards, such as Swift and SEPASupport sales and professional services across the globeRequirements  Bachelor's degree or higherAt least 7 years in Product Management and experience in developing global software solutionsStrong understanding on banking and cash management operationsBe well connected and have a network of relationships with financial institutionsAbility to manage complex, global software products from conception to launch in an ever-evolving organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with global SaaS platformsExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communicationFluency in EnglishExpert at MS Office Suite solutionsWillingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) What We Offer: Competitive benefits at the location of positionFlexible time off and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramCollaborative start-up cultureOpportunity to grow your career with a rapidly growing organization with leadership commitment to promote from within firstAbout the Company We are a global team of innovators and advocates transforming how financial data is captured, stored, and manipulated with our comprehensive suite of automation technology.
