Our client a *wireless Carrier is seeking a Site Acquisition resource.
This is working in the capacity of a Network Real Estate Specialist and driving project Completion and site acquisition.

*Responsibilities:*
* Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
* Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies *Will be required to work in multiple systems
* Manage project budgets
*Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
*Insure that all parties are aware of project status * Conduct deployment calls
*MUST HAVE SKILLS*
(Most Important):* Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Organized and process focused.
* Flexible and able to prioritize with proven ability to multitask workload volume.
* Strategic thinker & planner, anticipating common problems to successfully navigate around them.
* Investigation & research skills
* Collaborative, team player
* Adeptness with MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Professionalism & integrity
*Desired Skills*
* Experience with wireless leasing or zoning.
* Data Base Management/Reporting.
* Real estate background.
Ideally, in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal.
* Capability to work effectively with a variety of partners, even in challenging situations across multiple disciplines (Real Estate, Radio Frequency, Construction, Regulatory, Planning/Budgeting) to provide comprehensive analysis and results.
* Strategic thinker & planner, anticipating common problems to successfully navigate around them.
* Investigation & research skills.
* Experience with FUZE, Google Products & MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Systems integration/data management/integrity and reporting experience.
* Knowledge of ODAS and IDAS cell systems.
* Knowledge of Samsung and Nokia cell equipment
