You Will * Understand the staffing issues facing prospective customers and bring insight and creative solutions to their problems * Deliver a consultative sales strategy * Increase and drive new opportunities in the sales pipeline * Influence the many levels of decision-makers * Develop strategies for both new business and existing business expansion We Are Looking For * Experienced and strategic workforce solutions subject matter expert and hunter who thrives in the pursuit * Who can create win/win scenarios for customers with a proven track record of closing national(US) and global workforce solutions * Collaborative professional who knows how to manage the complexity, competitiveness, and changing dynamics of talent acquisition * Extensive knowledge and experience in MSP * Must have a degree and 10+ years of professional work experience in staffing and workforce solutions Responsibilities * Strategically growing the client base for the organization * Working closely with the leadership as a key member of the senior management team and staying focused on sales * Establishing MSP partnerships * Forming teaming arrangements and strategic relationships for achieving business growth * Driving sales and managing the sales pipeline * Working with delivery leadership for the overall success of accounts Requirements * Proven track record of breaking into mid-market large enterprise and contingent programs * Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and drive strategic plans for success
